Our Quality Methodology :
In 1997 we made a commitment to achieving ISO 9000 certification. We asked an independent organization called TÜV to check our procedures and verify that we do adhere to the rules and quality control procedures in the management of our services.
- To define the quality control objectives,
- To describe the processes that we put in place to achieve our quality goals,
- To verify regularly that the processes are followed to maintain quality control.
- Ensuring that all necessary administrative steps are successfully accomplished to keep in force the IP titles which have been entrusted to us.

- Simplifying as much as possible the use of the service for our clients.
- Adapting our interface to our clients’ needs rather than requiring that they adapt to us.
- Quickly respond to our clients requests.
